Halibut with Lime-Cilantro Yogurt Topping

Was given this 5lbs a halibut tonite by a charter boat friend and too worn out to run to the market so this is what i came up with .

4- 6oz halibut fillets
1. Cup non fat Greek yogurt (all I had)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro ( left by a nurse on taco nite)
2 tbs fresh squeezed lime juice ( a sacrifice from corona collection)

Partly raining out. Lol
Grill on to 400
Fish on flat cooking sheet w/coconut oil lube

Grill Halibut ,dont over cook or undercook.little salt/pepper
Combine yogurt , cilantro, lime juice . Mix well
Turn on oven broiler
Once fish is cooked bring in top half of mixture on one side
Broil till it looks good
Flip over spread other half , broil till it looks good

Serve with blackrice and fresh cooked spinach or whatever u have . :)
