grilled vegetables

Chop up cabbage .zukes, onion.red pepper
Toss in little coconut oil
Little soy sauce
Cook In a fry pan not over done

I'm tired of London broil being up for weeks.lol

I am always up for new recipes. I will try it....

Right now, I am experimenting with a mixture of venison and chicken breast. I cubed both, and am cooking in the frying pan with olive oil and soy sauce. I think I will add shrooms and maybe brocolli. Maybe be nasty, but only one way to find out....
