Test should be run alone for a first cycle for 10wks and it can be run from 250-500mg/wk

Yes it is. I am training for the last four years 6' tall , 198lbs, not sure about the body fat, but my abs are slightly visible.

Test 500mg/week and deca 300mg not more than that. You should take nolva too, probably 20mg ed
