I got EIA which basically as I start to run or hit heavy squat days I have no wind. Never have smoked etc just no endurance and feel my chest tighten up and so I have to walk or take long breaks between sets . Now I know albuterol inhalers work but does anything OTC work? I need it bad .. Once again no health insurance so dr is last resort.

Not really bro. They used to sell primatene mist otc which was an ok last resort, but its not being made anymore.

Have you actually been diagnosed with asthma or just guessing?

Diagnosed bruthas .. Get this .. Got a chick friend that's a nurse and said to get bronkaid tabs. I did , 25mg effedrine and 400mg guestusson(sp?) and it works pretty well.had to show I'd to show I'm not cookin meth. Primetine taken off shelves due to ozone depletion from the propellant used. Also heard albuterol off the shelves end of 2013. Same reason.. Must be lots a huffers out there.

They will still be making albuterol, but in a new device that puffs mist like a nebulizer. Pretty cool.

I'd be careful with the bronkaid. I'd almost rather see you do real low dose clen.

Thanks Tri . Low dose as in what amount ? Not too familiar with it so I appreciate any info and I'll check to see who's got it here.

I couldn't even begin to tell you, they only use it for asthma overseas and not in the US. It a beta 2 agonist so it will relax the smooth muscle in your lungs which is the cause of breathing difficulty. It is not very selective though like albuterol is. it will also stim the beta 1 receptors a good bit and get your heart going. Ephedrine WILL work but it's like taking a shotgun on a sniper mission.

Is it possible for you to apply for medicaid? You really aught to get an albuterol inhaler.

My bad "possibly get copd" I should have written . 10yr Ago I suffered severe pneumonia from lacquer paint that was being sprayed floors below me in a mansion being built. Since I wasn't told to leave I slowly inhaled the fumes over three hours time kinda like slow death if u inhale car exhaust in a closed garage. Long story short went to intensive care , reshocked my ticker to get into rhythm and developed clots in right lung effecting it still today . I am fine and healthy and heart is in great shape for a 47 yr old iron tosser.

Oh that sucks man. I have some similar damage I think. I was in the Marine Corps and worked on aircraft. Well one of those functions was stripping paint. We would put the parts in this stuff we called "baby shit" cause that's what it looked like. VERY caustic stuff, but the worst stuff was the solvent we used to rinse the parts off. Methyl Ethyl Ketone(MEK). Years of inhaling that shit, even through a respirator have given me issues.

What you are talking about isn't exactly COPD but the symptoms could be very similar if you sustained permanent tissue damage from the inhalant.

OMg .. Yes that's what the issue is. They had me on weird drugs for an actual heart patient , which I wasn't &. one drug side effect was severe cough so of course I got it.To this day they dont know why my heart got outa rhythm. I think moving to a dryer climate would help cause when I go to up north the wet rain and cold air kills me and it's like I got whooping cough . Appreciate your help and advice ..

i have EIA but only when its severe. I may be talking out my ass when i say this and have not tried it my self. but since clen and albuterol are so close. you could give that a shot. try preworkout. low dose ofcourse. see how it effects your breathing. Again, this is simply a hunch.
