Definitely! When I first did this workout I thought "this is it?" Then after a few days and getting weights properly adjusted I was sore as hell and loved it! Excellent pumps and gains. Recommend it for anyone with the time and looking to change things up a bit.

Yeah, if you are not time restricted and serious about making a push this would be the routine to give a go with!
