Im lucky as fuck that im not a picky eater or someone who craves sweets and sugars relentlessly. everyday i eat 6 meals mainly consisting of a protien source: steak, bison, chicken breast, tilapia, ground chicken, ground turkey, extra lean ground beef AND a carb: white rice, brown rice, white or red potato, or sweet potato, THEN some extras: mixed veggies, kale, spinach, avakado, grape tomatoes. Then sometimes for a snack ill eat fruit or greek yogurt. mix and match my brother!
