Im lucky as fuck that im not a picky eater or someone who craves sweets and sugars relentlessly. everyday i eat 6 meals mainly consisting of a protien source: steak, bison, chicken breast, tilapia, ground chicken, ground turkey, extra lean ground beef AND a carb: white rice, brown rice, white or red potato, or sweet potato, THEN some extras: mixed veggies, kale, spinach, avakado, grape tomatoes. Then sometimes for a snack ill eat fruit or greek yogurt. mix and match my brother!

The only spices or seasoning i ever use n any of that is either ms.dash on my ground meats or soy sauce on rice. the odd time ill put some ketchup on my potatoes. OH MY GOD I CANT BELIEVE I FORGOT EGGS!!!! i eat 6-12 eggs a day! everyday! whole eggs! no pussie ass egg white bullshit lol what u to good for yolks? or u scared of yolks? Good shit man. Get it in u!
