After some research I designed my first cycle so please critique this for me:
20mg a day for 1 week of nov for gyno
1st week 250 sus
2-10week 500 sus
8-12week 400 primo (200 twice a week)
1-15 20mg of nov
About me: 29 years old / 5'10" about 190 and BF@ 19%. I started 1 month ago a pretty good diet (lots of protein ,low carbs and only good fat). I have been working out for about 2 years now. I do lifting 4 days a week and I do cardio 3 or 4 times at least. My goals are to stay at around 190-200 but lose fat and increase lean muscle. I would like some opinions on dosage of clomid for PCT.
