Crossfit competition

Went to one today for a bit since a friend wanted to check it out... Never saw so many out of shape people lifting so horribly... 3 injuries while there... Some of the women were cute at least.

There is a crossfit next to my office, there are more injuries coming out of there then an ER! Exactly what you said, out of shape people lifting wrong. Then these morons show up in there casts and slings and just hang out cheering on there friends while they do it wrong and eventually injure themselves as well

I'm a firefighter, & a bunch of the guys on my department started doing crossfit about 2 years ago. Since then, 2 of them have had knee surgery, 1 a torn rotator cuff/labrum surgery, 3 major back injuries, and I can't count how many sprained ankles. Consequently, my pay has gone up almost 30% the last 2 years due to all the unscheduled overtime I get to work. Crossfit rocks!
