I wouldn't doubt it in the least that Lance used something. I'm sure a lot of international guys even did. Lance was still above most but, 'using something' must have helped. It happens in every sport...You don't go into the NFL or most sports w/out using something if all the others are using 'something'....It would make no personal sense.

Choice to build on what talent you have while almost everyone else is doing it too and making HUGE money is a no brainer to me. You just have to know the correct way w/regards to detection times and what is tested for ect.
