Had lower back injury. Was out of gym about 4 months. First time I had been out that long.
Last cycle was finished back in June. I'm 3 weeks back in the gym taking it easy. Told myself I'll give it 8 weeks on just diet.
After that I'm gonna start with some creatine and protein supplements. Any suggestions on good creatine out there that I could get some good results until Marchish when I cycle on again..
Been years since i took any creatine, though I know i could have to help on the cycle.
