12 oz flat chinese egg noodles..cooked
3/4 cup strong brewed green tea
1/3 c nat peanut butter
1/4 soy sauce
1/4 c rice vinegar.-plain
3 tablespoon light brown sugar
1/4 peanut oil
2 tbs sesame seeds
1tsp chili- garlic sauce
1tsp toasted sesame oil
1inch ginger peeled
Small clove garlic
2 carrots - finely grated
Blend all ingredients into a sauce in a blender.add seeds oils
ginger etc till smooth
Toss noodles with the sauce and top with some peanuts and cilantro.after chilling one hour.. ib
