It seems our Communist Collegues have been slipping a bead or 2 while calculating on the recent find of dead birds in China. The Previous count offered a total of 178 Geese, but this has been revised to over 500 Geese and 1000 migratory birds in total, with no reason offered to explain the new totals.

There is also some concern about Human Deaths Occuring, with a total now nearing 120 Cases, but officials are trusting this is crazy internet propoganda and rumours. They have vaccinated over 3 Million Table Fowl.

The Great Concern still reflects on the fact all of the Dead birds where Migrating between the Southern Hemisphere, and the Northern Hemisphere reaching to all of Northern Asia thru to Siberia from India and New Zealand.

Seems China has also slaughtered four herds of cattle to stem a "Outbreak" of hoof and mouth, to only 4 cases in Bejing, Xinjiang and two "Eastern" Cities. 3771 Cows have been killed this in May alone.

And when it rains, it pours. Poor China and her people. The Situation couldn't get much worse, but it does. There are floods that have hit, and this will not help with the attempts to control the outbreaks of Bird Flu. Aid is rushing in, but the Whole Summer is expected to be like this. In the next 10 days alone, 220 mm of Rain is still expected. 17.1 Million people in 16 provinces effecting 1.8 Million Hectares of Farmland, and destroying 138000 Homes. This with 11.1 Million People and 6.4 Million Livestock having a lack of drinkable water. Things could get bad here.

North Korean's are getting Table Stock now from the Philippine's, but are concerned about the Imported Chickens and their health.

In Sao Paulo, Brazil, some 17000 Chickens have been Slaughtered due to some uncertain Respiratory Illness. Authorities indicate it was not Bird Flu though, but they are not clear on what it is.
