man i borrowed this workout video from my buddy, its the plyrometrics on the p90x video. ive never done plyrometrics but its danm good cardio. jumping and all sorts of stuff. my calfs feel like theyre ready to collapse on me from "landing softly" lol. try it out you can download it through your newsgroup.
