beginning cycle

Hey guys! I was hopeing to get some good advice on a Test and Deca cycle. How long? 200ml deca and 300ml test per week? thanks in advance!

When I have run test and deca I go 10 weeks on the deca and 12 on the test (If this is cycle #1 for you maybe consider test only and save the deca for a future use)
