Acne and hair loss prevention?

Just wondering if there is anything safe to take with gear that will aid in the loss of hair and acne---im trippin a little about bad acne on the face--

Propecia for hair loss 1mg tablet daily, with or without meals. Accutane, Clenbuterol for acne.
The recommended dosage range for Accutane is 0.5 to 2 mg/kg given in 2 divided doses daily for 15 to 20 weeks.
recomended for clenuterol Men 100-160 mcg/day.
Also alot of people just use proactive this works as well.
