A solution that really works for Golfer's Elbow

So, after suffering from Golfer's elbow, or medial epicondylitis, which is tendinosis of the medial epicondyle of the elbow, I took to extensively researching solutions to this.

Note, I have been suffering from this since early December and have tried a variety of traditional recommendations. None worked.

...And then I came across this dude and his experience with this problem.

I started doing this this morning and I already feel a difference.

damnit ! so difficult to get into that position ... and i can hardly breathe .... might try doing it against the wall first

Yeah man, I hear ya. I start on my side and roll into it.

Also, if it's only one arm, don't bother with the other. That makes it much easier.

I also tried the wall. Still works, but not quite the stretch. Much easier posture to achieve though.
