Hi, I am 43 years old. 6'2" 250 lbs. Ive always been pretty athletic but the past few years I have very little energy. After research I have determined my testosterone levels are low. I know nothing at all about stuff like this. There is WAY to much to research, I have tried and there is just too much and too many opinions on the way to go. I just want the energy to go and work out. My body fat content is high obviously as I am about 30 pounds overweight. When I go to the gym I have NO energy. I tried some stuff called P6 extreme from GNC that was like $120 and it has been three weeks and I feel NO effect from it. So I was looking online and just trying to find a "safe" testosterone to take. There is just too much. Then there is the issue with the estrogen and the "manboobs". I don't know if this is even a question that can be answered with the small amopnt of info I have given, but what would anyone recommend for me. Again, I want energy (so I can burn fat), would like muscle growth and would not want the "manboobs". Can someone let me know the best way to go about this if it is possible?
