Here are some little health mistakes which effects badly on our health. Usually we ignore them, but we face health problems after ignoring them.
1. Skipping Breakfast.
2. Skipping the Weights.
3. Sabotaging Your Skin for a Little Color.
4. Drinking your Calories.
5. Avoiding the Dreaded Doc.
6. Not Getting Enough Sleep.
7. Smoking.

1. Skipping Breakfast.

Guilty. Mostly because I cent find something tasty that I dont have t COOK in the morning! Damn!

2. Skipping the Weights.

Not Guilty :)

3. Sabotaging Your Skin for a Little Color.

Too Late now...lol...52 years old and raised on a beach...'bake and baste' is my summer hobby..

4. Drinking your Calories.

Not too much....minor (very minor) guilt

5. Avoiding the Dreaded Doc.

NOT guilty. Every 4 months w/ full labs

6. Not Getting Enough Sleep.

NOT guilty. 8 hours every night

7. Smoking.

NOT guilty (cigarettes), VERY GUILTY (Pipes & Cigars).
