2 on 2 off?

clen cycle of 2 days on 2 off good to hold on to muscle mass

I thought I saw this post before?? The answer is NO, the half life of clen is way too long to do a 2 day on 2 day off. The most effective is 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and use ephedra in the off period.

Greg is right....clens half life is 1.5 days so 2 on 2 off is not a good way to go....
