I really need a substitute for oatmeal. I've tried the oatmeal , and I swear it's not for me. I tried flavouring it a bit with some cinnamon , but useless. does anyone have some suggestion for me for substituting oats? :rolleyes:
I'm planning to do a stack of Test , Deca and Winny
Test and Deca for 10 weeks
Winny for 5 weeks ( weeks 7-12 )
I wonder which test should I do in order to limit the water retention to a minimum ? thanks for your input
