Wish I looked as good, now, at 36 as he does in his 60's.
He had the absolute best chest ever, BTW. Even now with the mass monsters that bodybuilding has so many of, I've yet to see anyone rival the level of chest development that Arnold had. To me, still the standard by which all others are to be judged.

He is still no doubt the pioneer, the legend. But personally i think Sylvestre has grown and maintained his physique if compared to Arnold. People might or might not agree with me but that is what i feel.

He let himself go for awhile, but his current progress is a lot better. I'm glad he got back into working out consistently again.
